What if the mother will not consent to the paternity test or participate?

Anytime a person fails to follow the court’s orders, and in this case, would be a court order to comply with DNA testing, the court can enforce that order in a number of ways. Anywhere from fines, attorney’s fees, to incarceration. The court can force a mother to have a child submit for DNA testing.
