What is blood alcohol content (BAC) or level?

When people consume alcohol, it gets digested and works its way into our bloodstream. Now, when you take a breathalyzer test, that tests the alcohol level within your blood by measuring the amount of alcohol that’s exhaled through your lungs. If your level is over the statutory limit in Florida at 0.08, then you’re presumed to be under the influence. If you’re a minor, that would be a 0.02. There is an enhancement at a 0.15 in Florida as well. It’s a scientific measurement of the alcohol content within your blood and it can be measured either by a blood draw or through a breathalyzer.
