How can I defend myself against a drug charge?

Defending yourself against drug charges are no different than defending yourself against any other charges. However, it’s important to defend yourself against drug charges because a conviction for a drug charge carries with deeper penalties. Driver’s license suspension, your eligibility for certain Federal Aid, including student loans, are all affected by drug charges.

Talk to your attorney immediately so that we have an opportunity to prepare your defense and to take advantage of any opportunities that we may have along the way in your case to either get your charges reduced or dropped. Early preparation is the key to success.
