Will I get to see my kids if I am convicted of domestic violence?

Yes. You will get to see your children even if you’ve been convicted of domestic violence. If you’ve been convicted of domestic violence on your children or that took place in front of your children, your access to the kids will be more restricted for a period of time, but the court will give you the opportunity to be properly reunited with your children at some point.

Talk to your lawyer. Find out what those requirements are going to be, and make sure that you take every step to meet those requirements as soon as possible so that you can be reunited with your kids.
