How can you help me defend myself and fight a Florida domestic violence charge?

There are two aspects on domestic violence in Florida that your attorney can help you with. What we do is number one, we look at the injunction side of it and we can help fight the domestic violence injunction side of it through gathering evidence, subpoenaing witnesses, and making sure that only admissible evidence is brought before the court. That’s our job and we can do it very well. Tell us all the information so that there’s no surprises. The more we know, the better we can help you.

On the criminal side of things, we can also help you out. We’ll gather the evidence and again, we’ll investigate the evidence. We’ll talk to see if there’s any other witnesses. We’ll talk to the police officers, and we’ll prepare everything that’s needed to defend you to get this case dismissed or have you found not guilty.
