In my Florida divorce case, can I use my spouse’s affair against them?

Florida is a no-fault state, meaning that you can get divorced merely because your marriage is irretrievably broken. It doesn’t matter if somebody has an affair or doesn’t have an affair. However, if your spouse wasted, used marital assets in attending to their affair, travel, gifts, or other expenditures of funds in order to conduct their affair, yes, your attorney could work to get you paid back for all the money that your spouse wasted of your marital funds on their affair.
